Your guest list stays
in your browser.
TablePatch v1 processes imports, comparisons and print layouts on your device. There is no guest-list upload service.
What the app uses
- Text you paste or files you choose are held in the page’s memory while it is open.
- There is no automatic localStorage backup, remote backup or analytics tracker.
- Project save, CSV report and PDF/print outputs are created only when you request them.
- Downloaded project JSON and PDFs may contain guest names, table assignments and meal codes. You control those files and should protect them.
- Closing or reloading the app loses unsaved input. Your own browser may keep file or download history according to its settings.
What hosting sees
The public site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting any hosted page sends normal request metadata, such as IP address, browser headers and requested URL, to the host. Guest fields are not included in those requests. The public app makes no guest-data network calls.
The offline download
The full app is a self-contained HTML file with no remote libraries, fonts or AI requests. It works after extraction without an internet connection. Clicking its explicit link to the public website, or visiting a seller checkout later, is a separate online action.
Payments
Paid checkout is not enabled for this product yet. Once an authorized storefront is connected, payment and order data will be handled by that provider under its own policy. TablePatch must never receive payment-card details or identity documents through the app.
Meal codes
Codes are supplied by you and should be agreed with the venue. This is not an allergy-management system. It does not infer, verify or guarantee the safety of a meal.
Deleting data
Close or reload the page to clear its in-memory guest list. Separately delete any CSVs, project JSONs, reports and PDFs you downloaded if they are no longer needed. The app has no online guest-data account to delete.
Seller and support
The legal seller is Eight Dragons Limited. Support: support@dastarkhon.com (activation pending; checkout remains closed). The support destination is not published on this site.
Future optional printing
On-demand printed cards are being evaluated and are not yet orderable. If this option opens, it will require a separate, explicit choice to share selected print-ready artwork and shipping details with a named fulfillment provider. Your local app will not silently upload guest lists, project files or meal codes. Sharing, retention and deletion terms will be shown before ordering.
Scope: TablePatch version 1.0. Live sales remain closed. This public site has no contact form, analytics tracker or print-upload endpoint.
