When sales open, request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the TablePatch digital edition. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Contact support@dastarkhon.com (activation pending; checkout remains closed) with your order reference or purchase email so we can locate the payment. Do not send your guest list, card number or banking details.

Who processes it?

Eight Dragons Limited is the seller and handles refund requests. Stripe processes the payment and returns an approved refund to the original payment method. Stripe does not automatically administer this no-questions-asked policy. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and bank.

Digital and printed editions

The digital edition is a downloadable app: regular price US$12.00, launch price US$9.99. Physical printing and shipping are not included. A printed-card service is being evaluated and is not yet accepting orders. Its quote and fulfillment terms will be displayed before any physical purchase. No physical-print refund exclusions are being introduced here.

This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law. Any rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
